The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private real estate developers in India.
Established in 1999, it brings together 18 state/103 city level associations that have over 6,000 real estate developers under a single platform.

must for Real Estate sector without which its growth is unnecessary
impeded. Hurdles related to land approvals are adding up to 30% to the
cost of a home. Mission Transparency is a clarion call to the nation
to reform the development plan approval process.
