Mr. Gera the Chairman and Managing Director of Gera
Developments Pvt. Ltd, the company is engaged in Real
Estate Development in Pune, Goa and Bangalore. The
Company executes residential and commercial developments
and are also developing a IT/ITES, SEZ in Pune. The
Company is carrying out developments in Pune, Goa and
Bangalore.
He is a Civil Engineer having graduated from the COEP and
has been involved real estate development projects for the last
35 years. In his final year in the CEOP, he was elected as the
Gymkhana General Secretary.
Mr. Gera has served as-
President of the Promoters & Builders Association of Poona for 9 years.
Member of State Planning Board of Government of
Maharashtra for two years.
President of CREDAI from 1999 to 2005 and
Has been the only Indian to be the International
President of Junior Chamber International and has
traveled extensively in 58 countries.
Currently he is
Chairman of CREDAI (i.e. Confederation of Real Estate
Developers Associations of India.)
A member of the Task force to prepare the National
Housing & Habitat Policy appointed by the Government
of India.
Director of National Skill Development Corporation, a
Public Private Partnership Company set up by the
Government of India.
