He served PBAP (Promoters and Builders
Association of Pune) for thirty years and set exemplary milestone for the

Mr Lalit Kumar Jain, since the inception of
CREDAI is actively involved in all its verticals. As the first
convener of CREDAI National Convention in Vigyan Bhawan he activated a
team of 50 developers and made it a great success. He has been National
Vice President of CREDAI twice.
His presentation of ‘50 year Vision Plan for
Pune’, inspired the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr.Manohar Joshi to declare
Pune to be developed on the lines of Singapore.

efforts in private sector of Pune.
