He served PBAP (Promoters and Builders Association of Pune) for thirty years and set exemplary  milestone for the future.

Mr Lalit Kumar Jain, since the inception of CREDAI is actively involved in all its verticals. As the first convener of CREDAI National Convention in Vigyan Bhawan he activated a team of 50 developers and made it a great success. He has been National Vice President of CREDAI twice.

His presentation of ‘50 year Vision Plan for Pune’, inspired the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr.Manohar Joshi to declare Pune to be developed on the lines of Singapore.

In Real Estate sector his discipline and demand of delivery is feared as well as revered.

Speaker at various National & International Forums and Universities and has been invited as Chief Guest at Graduation Convocation ceremony of renowned University.

Business: Kumar Builders with the motto ‘We build trust” has developed IT Building’s, Retail Malls, IT Park and gated communities. With a focus on Pune and Mumbai with projects in Bengaluru and future projects in Hyderabad, Nagpur, KUL has development of 70 million sq ft with 9million sqft of city centre projects.

Corporate Social Responsibility: For the last 10 years he is running a program for overall growth of students by adopting school especially in rural areas of Pune. With a view to enhance school standards and to encourage the movement for quality school education and overall development of children, Kumar Builders Foundation has undertaken the “Adarsha Vidya Mandir Yojana” for the Secondary schools in Pune. Recognizing the importance of the program, this year Pune Zilla Parishad has also joined hands to take this program across the District.

Greening: KUL’s Contribution to environment can be termed as single largest greening efforts in private sector of Pune. 5 to 10 thousand grown up saplings it donates to Municipal Corporation every year. Besides this it works for the development of Public Gardens, Environment Park, Nakshatra Udyan, as if it is a way of life in KUL.
